The updated regulations will have their second ‘reading’, and approval vote, at the next public meeting. The basic change in these Regulations was to only schedule one pubic meeting, the annual meeting, and hold it in April or May. It was previously scheduled for the summer, but we realized that this is not a good time for anyone. We will still hold additional public meetings as needed, and members can feel free to contact any board member at any time to voice praise, suggestions, concerns or other thoughts. We have also removed wording on membership cards, since we do not provide them currently to reduce cost.
